Return & Exchange Policy

At A&O Cosmetics, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If you need to return or exchange an item, please review our policy below.

Returns & Exchanges

  • Returns and exchanges are accepted within 3 days of delivery.
  • Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original condition and packaging.
  • For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used products cannot be returned or exchanged.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item received was incorrect or damaged.
  • We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we are not responsible for return packages lost in transit.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange a product for a different item, please contact us before sending your return.

If the replacement product has:

  • a higher value, the customer will be responsible for paying the price difference.
  • a lower value, the difference will be refunded to the original payment method or applied as store credit, depending on the customer's preference.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the product. We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
